Movida has been operating in Sunway Giza since the mall is open. I always thought they are just a bistro or pub but they actually serve meals too. You can choose sitting inside with air-conditional or outside smoking area but still very windy and cooling during the night. Here is really a great place to hand out with friends or even colleagues.

Spicy Thai Pizza @ RM26.00

I like their thin crust dough instead of the thick ones. Tops with homemade thai paste, which chicken fillet, bird eye chili, onions, fresh mushrooms, coriander and cheese. Especially when bitten the bird eye chilli, my lips goes numb very fast. The crust is crunchy especially at the side.

H & H Restaurant and Catering @ Kota Damansara

H & H serves the local cuisine. I knew this restaurant since I was a kid. H&H are famous on catering for functions and parties. They are now located at the Kota Damansara.

One of their specialties is always the Set Meal for 4, inclusive of all favourites that save our time and effort to think what to order.

Choice of 4 dishes for just less than RM50.00
1. Curry Fish Head or Assam Fish Head
2. Kapitan Chicken or Claypot Chicken
3. Fried Crispy Sotong or Baked Towfoo
4. Selection of Vegetables

Kapitan Chicken

This is served with 2 huge drumstick and thigh. The chicken is super tender and the gravy is thick and flavourful.

Curry Fish Head

The fish head is fresh and comes tofu pok, ladies fingers, eggplant, long beans, cabbage etc. I like the curry sauce which is thick with coconut and little sourish assam. Best to serve with white rice.

Fried Crispy Sotong

Another delight of mine. the Sotong is super fresh and crispy. The flour is not thick yet flavourful. It's like a plate of snack food.

Stir Fried Kangkung

After all spicy and curry dishes, we order this with just garlic fried. The kangkung is crunchy and green with the flavourful of oyster sauce.

Cendol with Red Bean

Additional order this for dessert. Quite flavourful gula melaka but the coconut milk is quite powderish. I still prefer the Penang Famous Cendol style.

Lucky Dessert (香港發記甜品) @ Sunway Giza, Kota Damansara

Thankx to Cyrus who introduce me this Dessert Cafe at Sunway Giza. A famous Hong Kong fine dessert had an outlet in Malaysia.

They have numerous famous celebrities enjoying their desserts in Hong Kong.


Durian Krisp (焗榴櫣酥皮卷) @ RM14.00

The krisp is crispy and warm even after i reach home. Inside is stuff with real durian flesh meat !! So fresh and sweet durian aroma too. Delicious if you are a durian lover.

Generous of the waiter, he gave me this Durian Roll for FREE!!
(I had a peep just now on the menu original price RM6.00)


Fresh durian meat rolled with coconut muah chi. yum yum

And i got this VIP pack combination of a few discount voucher, 10 stamps card for collection and mini box of tissue. The waiter even gave me a stamp although I din't entitle for it... hahhahaa (One stamp for every RM15.00 purchase)

I always thought this Loving Hut restaurant is something romantic cafe that serve food for lovers. Hahaha until i came across on the web, realized its actually a restaurant that serves vegetarian food.

Honestly i dont really like vege food, but surprisingly this is really quite delicious!! hahaha may be those vege i like to eat and the ''fish'' is sweet n sour taste not too fake to be eaten.

Comes with a bowl of corn soup with carrots and herbal. Taste good with the corn.

This restaurant was renovated into a Chinese Restaurant where you order a few dishes to serve with rice.

Superior Spinach Soup (Large) @ RM15.00
The spinach is cooked well with the soup with some ''gei ji'' inside.


Ginger Onion Frog (Small) @ RM20.00
The frog is abit small but the sauce is nice.


Lemon Chicken (Small) @ RM16.00

The lemon sauce is sweet n sour. Very delighting to serve with rice but the chicken abit over fried, outter part of the chicken is quite tough.

Steam 3 Com Egg (Small) @ RM10.00
The egg is superbly smooth..


Beancurd with Minced Pork (Small) @ RM10.00


Fried Chicken with Dark Vine @ RM16.00
It's claim to be their special sauce, but again the chicken is bit tough at the outside... over fried !!


Talapia Steam Fish with Special Sauce @ RM12.00
Fish is caught swimming in the tank, very fresh...


Butter Milk Mantis Prawn @ RM18.00

Love this too, very crispy and aroma of the butter milk just mixed perfectly with the mantis prawn.

The price is quite reasonable and food portion is big. I had been eaten here twice in 3 weeks..

I had a hard time to pick for my first cup of Chatime because there are too many choices. At last i decided to try the signature tea to kick start.

Pearl Milk Tea 台北日出珍奶 @ RM5.90 (Regular) (Add RM1.00 for Large)

The aroma of the tea is strong and milk tea is smooth. The little pearls are chewy too. Love it so much, this is really ''my cup of tea'' hahaha.

Dazzling Cafe - White Coffee @ Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara {CLOSED DOWN}

Passby this cafe several times but always thought is a place for steak or western food, coz of their deco. However, after renovation plus the banner ''white coffee'' promotion catch my eye to explore this cafe. (a western restaurant odd to serve white coffee right? haha)

The owner is a Penang-lang. This is one of their outlet after a few in Penang city. Their white coffee are  from Penang and home-made ''secret recipe''.

They have all kinds of fusion food... from several kinds of egg & toast, waffle, local cuisine eg nasi lemak, curry mee, western cuisine eg chicken chop, fish & chips, Penang food eg. chee cheong fun... to Desserts eg ice cream, tong shui, ice blended....etc
