BBQ Bukit Tinggi 武吉丁宜燒烤村 @ Bentong, Pahang

First time here.. came down from Genting Highland and we headed to this special Restaurant for dinner. I wonder why is it call BBQ coz you don't BBQ your own food there. hahha

Bukit Tinggi BBQ

(‘無里丹都’飯 ) wu lei dan dou rice 

(‘無里丹都’飯 ) wu lei dan dou rice - a funny and unique name. Actually is rice with assorted vege soup. There are tomato, yellow pepper, red chilli, carrot, cabbage etc. Something i never eat before.

 (雪山飛狐) Flying Fox Fish

Flying Fox fish (雪山飛狐) - Fresh fish bake with a thick layer of salt. Both sides are sliced down from the skin for our ease to eat.

 (炒辣椒)Fried Chili

Fry chili - It is not spicy as all the seeds are removed. Frying with the special sweet sauce, it tasted very crunchy. My friend love it so much, something like yeung tau fu.

The meat is super tender and well marinated. It's quite juicy and flavourful with the lamb aroma. The skin especially is delicious too. 

(海鮮褒)  Seafood Pot

Top Layer - Seafood Pot

It comes with a huge 2 layer pot. On top are full of huge clams, fresh prawns and crabs. All are super fresh and natural seafood sweetness.

Bottom Layer - Seafood Broth Essense

Bottom are the seafood soup that leak down. wow...  seafood essence !  Halfway while you are enjoying the crabs n prawns, the waiter will take away the soup.

Seafood Soup with Abolone Mushroom & Vegetables

They will heat up and add on some vegetables and abalone mushrooms. This become another dish - seafood vege soup !!! The soup is so 鮮甜 too delicious to hardly describe in words.

Really had a wonderful and satisfactory dinner here. The deco are very unique too. Too busy eating and forgotten to shoot some pictures of the environment.. Their ceiling are decorated with all up-side-down umbrellas and side walls are full of used wine bottles...

Must re-visit again...!!!
