Haikara Style Cafe & Bakery @ E-Tiara, Subang Jaya

Mum suggested to visit this cafe after she saw the article on the NanYang Newspaper yesterday. So today i brought her there and we mis-looked to the Casa Tiara Apartment next door. hahhaa coz we went from behind.

At last we saw the E-Tiara from the parking and found the place. Its just located after the Subang Avenue and Carrefour. You will see this on your left once turning into the security entrance.

The cafe is comfy and cozy. Deco is more to japan feel coz the owner is a Japanese couple. The one in the middle in white is the boss. All their 3 - 4 helper are Japanese too.

Original Coffee - ''Sumiyaki'' Coffee 炭燒咖啡 @ RM6.90
- a house special brewed from charcoal roasted coffee beans.
Served with milk and brown sugar.


knowing from the newspaper article, the milk is from France!! so it will be healthier.. coffee was not much bitter or sourish... just nice to drink.


Creamy Mocha @ RM9.90..
yes as what it named-like really very creamy indeed, but sweet


Mushroom Cup Soup @ RM3.90

Unlike the mushroom soup in most cafe, this is more diluted and less creamy. Watery base and taste is mild but does not loose the mushroom taste.

Chicken Katsu Sandwich @ RM13.90

- Deep fried breaded chicken topped with your choice of sauce served with wedges and side salad.

Sauce Choice: Mayonaise / Mustard / Mix


We picked the mix of mayonaise and mustard. taste good with the fried tendered chicken meat.


Rokomoko with Cheese Omelette @ RM21.90

- Australian beef "Hawaiian style'' hamburger patty and cheesy omelette served on a bed of rice, cabbage & lettuce with home-made brown sauce.

The omelette and brown sauce is excellent...

especially the juicy tender australian beef added pieces of onion in it... will just melt in your mouth. Definitely worth a penny you paying. must try !

Besides serving the dishes, they have desserts, cake and swiss roll corner too.

Choice of Haikara's cake: Mocha Roll cake, Maccha Roll cake, Charcoal Strawberry Roll cake, Choco Roll Cake, Eclair -- Caramel, Maccha or Chocolate, 3 Colour Cream Puff, Banana Roll cake.

New Cake: Chestnuts Roll cake and Strawberry Roll cake.

Cant resist myself not buying something back home...bought the butter bread @ RM6.00 for breakfast tml and a strawberry roll @ RM6.50.

Need to be fridged at once !!! i'm so sorry for my strawberry roll.. its melting... oopz..

Updated: Its really taste nice !!! mind you although the strawberry at both side is just a small slice but overall the cake and cream n strawberry is superb !! can i have one more pls??

99% satisfied brunch I had today. Will go back to try other dishes especially the pasta looks delicious too.
