The Cave (24 hours couple cafe) @ SS2 [closed down]

a recent popular 'cave' concept cafe at SS2..

as i already posted in my personal blog, therefore here will be just a general wan to introduce this special cafe..

the CAVE - 24 hours couple cafe

a 3 storey shop-office painted black and poker-dot...

a huge 'stone creature' right in front of the main entrance... and somehow infront usually got a security/ bouncer stood at the door.. hahaa

its like entering a cave - it was unique, stylish and more personalized ''cave'' dining concept.

Ground floor - a larger space for ppl come in a group... where there is a mini bar at the left.

everything.. even the staircase is also cave-type

the rooms - ''curtain-close cave holes''

the ''holes'' are pretty small.. can just fit 2 or 3 person only... (cos basically main for couple)

haha even the toilet is also cave deco

the food

havent try much ....

the beef sandwich

cantonese fried

dory fish with lemon sauce

fried koay teow

they serve all types of fusion - from western, chinese, japanese, pasta etc but the price is abit higher.... but the environment is the best...

saw tis ''sticker'' at the glass door on the 2nd day ... =.='' no camera allowed... hahhaa but i don't care just snap the pix... surprisingly when i visit the cafe a week later, this ''sticker'' no longer there already...

LEO's specialty toast - [from left] thick toast, gelato on toast, LEO's signature toast, fresh toast, garlic toast

there is also a ice cream counter at the drink bar...there also all kinds of variety dishes of western, local specials food and puff & egg tart..

McDonald's Gold Medal Meal @ Olympic Beijing 2008

The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games will be held from 8th August to 24th August 2008.

McDonalds as an Official Sponsor of the Olympic Games, celebrates the winning spirit of olympic games had recently introduce the ''Gold Medal Meal''

as shown in the pix... it includes, drink, burger, french fries/ onion rings and a sundae 

besides that, for the olympic games celebration, you got a FREE coca cola glass with every purchase of the gold medal meal.... there are 5 different collection : swimming, athletics, basketball, volleyball and archery.  (ALL LIMITED EDITION)

so today after work, i drive-thru to the nearest McD and bought myself a set meal....

the yummy ''spicy chicken McDeluxe''...  so crispy and delicious

and i found out... McD had improved on its service recently, now they actually serve the meal/burger after your order...that means now they don't prepare surplus food behind the counter prior customers' order.

and i notice that the stray was actually in ''wrap'' packaging...  hahaa  

[i dono about other outlets in other states, but several outlet in PJ doesn't practice this last time] 

here it is.... my olympic coca-cola glass....  

ahaha first time seeing McD stuff in Malaysia will have chinese/mandarin description...

the glass quality proven produce by Luminarc....  

yeap.. i got the volleyball game design...

the whole medal meal is so large.... i think is more for athletics... but not my portion... ahaha
