Dad brought me here for dinner when we are on the way back from Penang. Turning in from Simpang Pulai Toll and go towards Tanjong Tualang using the old coaster road. Not easy to find coz going through all the small lane and quite a distance from North South Highway. Customers there are usually locals and travel buses.

Can spot the Mini oyster?? The egg is very crispy and irresistible !!

Here comes the main dishes - Fresh Water Prawns. There are 2 ways of cooking - Fried 干煎 and steam 清蒸. The price base on the weight of the prawns.

Prawns are quite bouncing and juicy. so fresh !!


The food is delicious and price wise is quite reasonable and cheap. I don't think we can get this price in PJ KL. If its not so far i think will often go there for makan... hahhahaa

McDonald's Great Breakfast - Chicken Muffin

McD is out with a new Breakfast meal - Chicken Muffin !!!!

Introductory price at RM2.50 only from now till 22nd April 2012. Usual McD breakfast time from 4.00am - 11.00am.





Drive thru McD yesterday morning to buy this for my breakfast. Huge piece of chicken hahhaa larger than the Mc Muffin actually. How it taste like? I would say is like an enlarge of McChicken Nugget. Outer layer is crispy and inside is juicy. combination with the cheese and special white sauce its so perfect. Now i love this more than the previous McMuffin Sausage. Although it still taste bit salty but better than the McSausage which is too salty.

Don't forget to get yourself a cup of Premium Roast Coffee too. Total is just less than RM5.00.

Cafe Takahashi 高橋咖啡館 @ Tokyo Street, Pavilion KL

Bought another meal voucher from Groupon Malaysia last month for RM32 for 2 person. Comes with Japanese-Fusion Pasta + Soup + Free flow of Green Tea each (worth RM82.10).

Today I brought mum there. Cafe Takahashi is located at Tokyo Street at Level 6 of Pavilion KL. This is a Pork Free cafe.

Prawns are huge but not sweet enough, over soak i think.

Unagi taste good.. but bit too salty i would say.... oops.

Both serves with Japanese Wayu Dressing which makes the pasta more tasty and yummy. The portion when serve looks small but actually when you start eating is quite a big portion for me though. Hahaha nice try for this Cafe but abit too dry on the pasta. I love pasta with some wet sauce.

Afterall is really a worth deal of just RM32 for 2 person.
